First of all, these are my amazing parents 😍😍😍. I've always had a close relationship with them even through those rocky teenager years but as I grow older my appreciation for them and all they've done for me and my (6!) siblings just grows deeper.
Also, 30 years of marriage! Can we all just slow clap for them right now? That is amazing. My parents have stuck it out through the thick and the thin, the highs and the lows and they've shown me an amazing example of how to have a happy healthy marriage.
AND, this photoshoot was super fun to get ready for, it was pretty spur of the moment because we hadn't planned on a photo session until a few days before. My mom, my sister and I all wanted to get some photos taken (oh, did I mention my parents are also photographers, and my sister had just gotten engaged so we were planning an engagement session?) and nobody had brought nice clothes to wear, so we went on a Ross Dress for Less run at like 9pm (they are open til 11! YESSS...) and tried on sooooo many outfits! Such a good memory. It reminds me of all of the fun shopping sprees my mom would take us on before school started every year.
